NEVERSEEN – Return & Refund Policy

At NEVERSEEN, we want you to be fully satisfied with every piece you purchase. If something doesn’t fit or doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within the allowed timeframe.


1. Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 48 hours (maximum) from the time you receive your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged).

  • With all tags, packaging, and accessories included.

  • Free of any odors or signs of use.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items or pieces bought with large discounts, unless they have a manufacturing defect.

  • Gifted items.

  • Customized or altered pieces.


3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To submit a request, please message us directly on our page (DM) within the 48-hour window and include:

  • Order number

  • Item name

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Clear photos if there is a defect

Our support team will reply within 24 hours.


4. Shipping & Fees

  • For manufacturing defects:
    We cover all shipping costs, and you can choose a full refund or exchange.

  • For size or preference changes:
    The customer is responsible for shipping costs (pickup & reshipment).


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the item:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

  • For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds will be sent via Vodafone Cash or bank transfer.


6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped at no cost.
Once shipped, only shipping fees will apply.
