By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are able to purchase and receive products using the information you provide.

2. Product Information

  • We strive to display items as accurately as possible.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen differences.

  • Product availability may change at any time depending on stock.

3. Orders

  • After placing an order, our team will contact you via a phone call (Call) to confirm your order.

  • No order will be processed or shipped without confirmation via call.

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipping only.

  • Once the order is shipped, shipping fees will apply even if cancelled.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

  • Payment options include Cash on Delivery or any other method we announce.

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping

  • Delivery takes 2–6 business days depending on the courier and customer location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies once the order has been dispatched.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders.
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to request a return or exchange.
Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging.
